Purchased a ticket using the following for Binance Blockchain Week

However, after paying I never got a confirmation or ticket and the support tea of Binance can't help in any way. It goes through Info Salons Group and I get the whole 3rd party disclaimer, but is it real?
Anyone else experienced this?
At $630 per ticket I kinda wanna know :)
