Is website "Binance Smart Contract" legit and part of the Binance Group

Hi everyone!

I came across the group on Telegram that is promoting "Binance Smart Contract".

I tried to so more research but I can't seem to find anything on the Binance.com website that talks about it. Hence, I want to check with the community to see if this is legit.

They seem to be suggesting that there is a smart contract to take advantage of the arbitrage between the currencies. They are getting people to transfer crypto to their account.

I did not attach the link coz I don't want to mod to think I am trying to promote the company.
