ISP shot down my validator ports for exactly 2 days

Since October, 24 2:04 p.m. my validator began to miss attestations.

Peer count dropped from 30-40 to 5-8. I broke my brain trying to figure out why, changed storage, rechecked Nimbus site for troubleshooting, and found ports check tool https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/. It said me port 9000 is closed. I didn't give a shit to that, thinking maybe the tool doesn't work properly, because in computer ports open, and in router is forwarded. Interesting fact, speedtest show appropriate speed as in ISP contract and browser sites worked well.

But today, glaring to journalctl, I saw that exactly 2:05 p.m. peer count raised up to 160 and Geth wrote "New local record" with new dynamic IP. Ports check tool said that validator's ports are open.

Like some animal pulled down a switch and pushed up it through exactly 48 hours. It's very similar to tests I conduct as electrical engineer

In some countries decentralization isn't very decentralized and sometimes decentralizes you.

Trying to fix thing that isn't broken is devastating
