Hello,
I was curious if anyone has had issues with the Binance Hot Wallets and retrieving funds from them. I was assured by CS there would be no fee and I would receive my tokens. Now, months later the funds have not arrived and CS says that they cannot retrieve or deposit the funds into my account. Wondering if anyone has experience with a similar issue and how you solved it. Thanks!
