It seems like Gov and SEC are going hard prosecuting crypto frauds before the SEC approves those ETFs. Safemoon, Celsius, Hex & others have been cracked down on hard in recent months. Even legitimate firms like Genesis was sued and Paypal subpoenaed regar

While not hard evidence, this seems to be even more of a smoking gun that the ETFs are coming soon. The SEC has really ramped up prosecution of crypto frauds and firms with questionable business practices. In just the past few months, authorities have charges the likes of Terra, Celsius and Justin Sun and his various tokens. Even more recently, they have hit Safemoon, HEX and are finally prosecuting FTX/Alameda.

On top of all this and outside the realm of outright frauds, even crypto firms with questionable practices are being investigated. The AG's Office have brought forward a lawsuit against Genesis as well as Gemini, whom seem to have gotten caught doing business with a bad partner in Genesis. Paypal as well were also subpoenaed regarding their stablecoin.

Indeed, BlackRock filed for the ETF in June, which would have been about a month before of these charges were brought against almost all of these companies.

There has been a big uptick in regulatory work by the SEC in just the past months as founders of firms like FTX, Luna and Safemoon had been able to run around (somewhat) freely for quite a while with seemingly no action by authorities. Kwon himself isn't in custody but charges were finally brought against him in March after months of "freedom". In just the past few weeks, both Safemoon and Paypal had some form of legal action taken against them(to be clear, Paypal isn't a fraud like Safemoon).
