Just got drained for the first time ever. Anything I can do?

I was looking around for ETH staking options and was literally moments away from putting it all in Rocketpool when someone on reddit mentioned conic,fi . There was a link and I should have known not to connect my Metamask but the comments had tons of upvotes and whatever so I just assumed it would be okay. It tried charging me over $4 in gas just to switch network and so I hit reject, reject reject, etc but it kept coming back up everytime I opened Metamask. Meanwhile I had 3 unrelated transactions pending on the Eth>Polygon bridge and they were taking forever to go through so I began to wonder if the signature requests were not even related to conic and whether Metamask might be trying to get me to sign those previous bridges. I am not incredibly savvy in the ways of DeFI and DEXs and Dapps unfortunately.

Anyway, I signed one of the requests on Metamask thiinking it was my bridge going through or something and a few seconds later, my ETH balance went from .99 to .02 in a single "claim rewards" transaction. The tx ID is 0x5bcf46315bc3f96e53d0453b8362d30d65c257993f6dab148e0affe1362b39a1 and the scammer's address is 0x744e309a515c0393d53aaff504be9399d18ecea7.

I know better than this. It sucks because that entire ETH (.99) was every bit of my earnings from Reddit stuff such as the ARB airdrop, selling moons for Moonplace.io tiles then for ETH, flipping Avatars etc. Its sad man, I was really stoked and proud of that whole ETH I had made by participating in Reddit blockchain activities.

On the brightside I didn't spend a dime of my own money on that ETH and I have a lesson learnt besides. Am I correct in assuming that ETH is gone forever? Is there anything else I can do? I would appreciate any kind words or advice you may have and if you feel like riding my ass for being a dumb noob, don't bother. I already did that to myself. Thanks,
