Just got scammed - want to warn everyone

Like everyone else, I thought I would never be scammed and I want to warn everyone on this scam.

Today I was called by the "Supreme Court or Hoge Raad der Nederlanden" here in the Netherlands that my personal details are used for criminal activities/money laundering. Legal action will be taken against me if I don't comply. I was completely shaking, even though I did nothing wrong. In their story, they want to shut down the other bank accounts in my name and want to store my bank account and cryptocurrencies in safe storage. With a lot of pressure, I send an amount to an address provided to me.

After this fact, they also want to transfer my money from my bank account to my crypto exchange and send this across. Even with a lot of pressure that legal will be taken against, I refused to do this. I am an advocate of Crypto, but I still believe that is safer to transfer money via banks. I turned down the phone, I went to the police office and I will have a meeting with them tomorrow evening to discuss everything.

Feel incredibly stupid of course, I lost some amount from my Binance account and I don't think I will ever see it back. Luckily I did not go further to the other exchanges or banks where money is stored.

Does anyone have tips on how to approach this issue in order to get my money back that was transferred out of Binance to this address?

The Binance support already said that it is impossible to return the funds from an external wallet.
