Kraken: Add funds with PayPal

Got this email from Kraken about an hour ago:

Hello,

Funding your account just got a whole lot easier. You can now use PayPal to add funds to your Kraken account.

You can use either your PayPal balance, bank account, or payment cards connected with your PayPal account to transfer up to £1000 GBP every day, right from your Kraken app.

So, download the Kraken app now, and fund your account with PayPal today!

I thought PayPal funding was always a bit of a grey area with crypto? Any other exchanges that offer PayPal funding?

Edit: Just checked the App and the fee is 2.40%. Limit: 1k Daily. Clearly not for the regular customers but its not a terrible on ramp for new users.
