Late husband and I bought some Bitcoin back in 2021. How do I access it?

I have the seed phrase and password. But I'm not sure how to go about finding the wallet.

I'm not new to crypto, just haven't done anything with BTC since that one time and he was the one who created the wallet and bought, so I'm unsure how to access. I think I remember him saying it dependent on our computer so was it a hardware wallet or something? I personally have only ever used an app to buy crypto. Please advise.
