Liquidity issue on Coinbase? 2nd bug in a month where my trades are marked fully executed and I get confirmation emails then I don't see the assets in my portfolio

Just sold about $700 worth of ETH, I see the order 100% filled in my past orders on advance trading (about $700 worth of USD minus fees), yet only $500 showed up on my USD portfolio. Support agents are useless and tell me they see part of the order was cancelled (I did not) and the remainder was credited back to my ETH portfolio (which shows 0 ETH) -- despite again orders being marked 100% filled, and even my USD trade history showing +$700 followed by -$500 and balance = $0 (clearly the math doesn't add up).
