List of exchanges that allow INSTANT purchase and withdrawal to an external wallet? (lowest fees preferred; KYC is fine)

So far, I know of:

- Strike (BTC only, KYC, $1000 limit/week, no fees whatsoever)

- Cash App (BTC only, KYC, high limit, ~1% fee)

However, they're both mobile only, which is a downside.

Are there any others? Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, and Gemini all have a 7+ day hold usually for withdrawal. Coinbase used to not have this, but they've gotten more annoying lately. I'm looking for a list of other exchanges, preferably with low (or no) fees and that allow you to do instant deposits and withdrawals to another wallet (no hold). Decentralized, centralized, I don't care. I know you can do this with Coinbase etc. by buying with a debit/credit card, but that's usually subject to 3%+ fees. Ideally trying to stick to OTC trading solutions and bank deposits (aka low fees).
