Little rant about normies.

I invest in bitcoin since 2016 approximately. Everyone around me knows I made some profit and invested it into my house. Because I was open (and bragged a bit) about it.

Some curious people ask me how bitcoin works and why it's special and I always happily explain them.

They are often scared to invest, which I can understand. But I always tell them : if not for you, buy a few for your kids. Invest just 100-500$. And I show them how much I would have today if I kept my 100$ from 2016. It's not a big deal, you make one buy and you keep it that's it.

And NONE of them do it. I know it's not a big investment for them, they go on holiday each years, they buy expensive brands and iPhone. But investing a few hundreds for your kids is too much or too risky. Really the worst case scenario is you lost 100-500$ that would have been useless to him anyway. Best case scenario you gift him a money that will be rare and valuable. I really can't understand this mindset.
