Given the dynamic nature of the Bitcoin space just in the past few months, I'm wondering what's the best option for converting USD to BTC and vice versa, taking into account trade fees, withdrawal fees, and regulatory scrutiny.

Previously I've used Coinbase Pro, and when that was discontinued I switched to Binance, and well, that's not really an option right now due to them freezing USD deposits/withdrawals.

I was thinking perhaps Kraken for its low fees. Bisq looks like it's worth looking into, but tbh I'm not particularly tech savvy and am wary of learning a new method just for that company to be scrutinized in the future. I'm wondering if there are any risks with either exchange that isn't well known.

Any information helps! Will not be responding to any DMs and please report any spam/bots in the comments.
