Loopring? Am I late to the game?

Unfortunately these days I don't have alot of time to scroll reddit or this sub for that matter for crypto news. That being said im just seeing loopring everywhere including r/superstonk and wsb forum so what am I missing? Is this coin somehow affiliated with games top etc and if so how is it being used or planned to be used? Anyone actually have experience with this coin? Has invested and know what the potential outlook is as far as development etc. Just looking to see what the concensus is here and if its something I may have already missed out on or still room to board on.plus gotta get my posts in so get get my moon allotment lol
