Hey,
Let's just get this out of the way - I know I messed up considerably. I know I shouldn't be "banking by myself" and these are the pitfalls of crypto. I get it.
I made a mistake and I'm sure I wrote it down at some point but it's perhaps long gone.
Recently my phone stopped charging and I took it to the Apple Store for a reset and they change a bunch of the components internally and it's in good shape again.
Unfortunately though, with the recovery, my Coinbase Wallet was logged out and I can't get back into it as I lose the seed phrase.
I may have written it down on my laptop in a file that's probably long since discarded. I may have written it on my phone in a note that has probably long since discarded. I thought I wrote it down physically but unfortunately that is attached to another coinbase wallet of no significance.
Is there any chance I can restore the old Coinbase account? any advice on restoring the metadata lost on my phone or something in some kind of recovery?
Please save the kicking-me-while-I'm-down, I do feel very dumb. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and rewarded.
