Major bug, or am I affected alone ?

Hello.

When I try to withdraw on Binance, I have now a message which indicates " Unable to withdraw with account in arrears " and an astronomic amount of Dogecoin is indicated.

I didn't use Doge margin recently, since my remaining Doge are stuck on HitBTC, and I never used something else that isolated margin, with small BTC amounts. I never traded Future Doge. I had no margin call.

But I just found that several of my account on other exchanges received Dogecoin amounts from a Binance Doge address (mHK1), sadly including my HitBTC account. Of course, I never initiated these withdrawals, and anyway, it isn't possible to withdraw more Doge than the balance, so even, a leak of my 2FA couldn't justify such a result. Also, there are no corresponding withdrawals in the withdrawal section.

The Doge wallet is indicated "maintenance" so I suppose that Binance is aware of the issue. I contacted them on the chat, and I was transmitted to the "relevant department" who would contact me later.

It seems, for now, that Binance just sent Dogecoin withdrawals to my addresses. Some amount also corresponding to the schema that I used in the past.

I am afraid that this problem was generalized. For example The UdU wallet on Hitbtc received around 36 million Doge, while it never had such sum.

Another point : My deposit on HitBTC was indicated as "withdrawn" a few hours later, with no hash and no address provided. So, that could be worse that being stuck on HitBTC, or Binance and HitBTC are collaborating on this problem.

Even if I could find back all the "Doge debt" on my different accounts, there is the amount on HiTBTC that I can't give back, and there is no way that I buy elsewhere the corresponding amount, loosing the difference (the price is 4 times lower on HitBTC)

Also, I wonder about the eventual losses for Binance. It seems to be a major event. How many lost address would have received funds ?

Did anyone got the same problem ? What are your thoughts on that ?
