I’ve found an address that was able to send out more ERC-20 tokens than it had on the wallet, how does this make sense?

There are 721.2 CTR tokens unaccounted for in the entire transaction history of this wallet. They seem to have never entered the wallet, but they definitely left and were converted to ETH.
