Matic transfer not received

Hey guys, last week I sent matic from my metamask wallet to my binance wallet but it never arrived. I contacted binance and offcourse they were horrible, rude and not helpful at all. Basically they said they don’t support the matic network, but I see that they just launched the bridge.

Contacted them again and they said no they don’t and I wouldn’t be able to receive them.

Anyone had this issue or know what I can do about it??? Customer service is terrible
