Memecoin supercycle - Investing a low percentage of one's portfolio into memecoins to increase ROI

As we can see, some memecoins were outperforming altcoins by far. Only a few altcoins did well, while the vast majority of them are still moving sideways.

Memecoins became a viable option to invest in as long as the investor doesn't go in too much. 1% to max 10% if you feel lucky.

You could argue that from the tens of thousands memecoins over 99.9% will go to zero, there's some approaches how to pick a winning memecoin:

1) Top memecoins of top performing blockchains:

• trending altcoins such as SOL, TON, AVAX etc have their own established memecoins

2) Following chain narratives and piggybacking on other successful memes:

• DOGE was tjhe OG-memecoin, then SHIB copied the Dog-coin meta

3) PEPE (a character from Matt Furie's comicbook), there 3 more Matt Furie characters that have memecoins on L2s with the corresponding colors:

• BRETT memecoin, blue character from the PEPEverse, on the "BASE" Layer 2, Coinbase is blue, so is BRETT

• ANDY memecoin, yellow character from PEPE comic, on a uptrending "BLAST" Layer 2.

Blast is developed by the same dev who created the NFT marketplace Blur. Although the Blast Layer 2 hasn't launched yet, it's TVL is at rank #6 of all blockchains. Also a $1,000,000,000 (1 billion) big airdrop will be happening in around 11 days.
