Mirrored / dual hard drives on node?

My little node died the other day after the SSD failed. Unfortunately it means I need to redownload the entire chain again after I get a replacement. I wondered whether anyone here runs two hard drives mirrored on their node so that if one fails, the other still has the whole chain. I was thinking that, in the case you were running a node to run your own btcpayserver for business, it would suck to not be able to take payments until you fixed the problem.
