Money gone...

So the other day I was on finance and sold my cardano and VeThor, no big deal right? Then I went to transfer the money to my bank account that I got from the sale of those cryptos, All still seems to be normal. I get the confirmation email for the disbursement of payment. I clicked the button to confirm the payment and go through that process. However I have still not gotten my money. Does anyone know how long it should take to get paid? It's been at least half a week.
