Money lost

Hello Guys, hope everything is ok with you.

I am sharing my problem with you,not for whining in public, but to try someone to help me to pass this nightmare I am into in the last 3months.

I been waiting for a refund for over 3 months, the entity provided every proof such as Ar number, Day, Id, amount etc that the refund was made sucessefuly.

However, the funds never appeared in my account.

For the last 3 months I been trying to solve this issue over the Binance Chat explaining the issue clearly and after that they escalate the problem to a senior Agent, after a few days, the senior agent tells me to wait 24hours because the funds will be credited.

Obviously, thats not happening so when I try to contact them again, new agent coming, need to explain everything, send all the proofs they escalate the problem again> senior agent who tells me sorry for the inconvenience and ask me to wait patiently for 24hours in order to credit my acc.

This actually its beeing exausthing trying to comunicate with them explaining everything over and over again, and wait and wait and wait for a refund that never comes.

I am in the middle of an insane loop , and I honestly dont know what else I can do to have my money.

Its a significant amount and that is interfearing with my personal life, so please if someone have an Idea how to fix this, please share with me and I will compensate with some of the money from the refund.
