Binance deactivated my account and wouldn't let me access it for 1 MONTH. After finally getting in, my funds were gone! I contacted the customer service and we found that someone has hacked my account and moved the funds to another Binance account (which is very interesting as my account was DEACTIVATED) .
Binance found the account and have put it on hold however they can only do this temporary for 7 working days. For them to investigate further the Law Enforcement need to be involved in the case however my Local LE won't help me. They claim they don't deal with cyber attacks anymore and won't even listen to me. I'm left to some online company called Action Fraud who say they need 28 days to investigate. I asked Action Fraud if they can speed it up but they said no as it get transferred to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) to review.
Binance won't help. LE won't Help. Action Fraud won't help.
Does anyone have any advice?
