MONEY STOLEN - Funds moved to a Binance wallet

I was recently a victim of fraud on my bank account where £7,000 of my money was used to buy cryptocurrency, and I've managed to figure out that the address the funds were sent to belongs to a Binance LTC wallet. I have evidence of the fraud occurring, as well as the real name of the person behind it.

What can I do to try and recover my funds?

Edit: I do not know the person behind the purchase personally, and had to do some digging to find their real identity. My bank has reported the purchase as illegitimate, but it occurred whilst I was away on holiday and didn't realise until I got to the airport on the way home, as there was no signal the entire time. (Wilderness holidays fml).
