Money stuck in accounts and want to know how to take it out

There's money in my coinbase but I converted the crypto into Dex or Web3 wallet and now I need Etherum to pay a fee to get it back. Thers also Altcoins or shit coins in my Wallet app but I can't use it without ethereum.

I don't have any more money yet all my value is floating around deep space, I wish I understood more about what I did and if anyone has knowledge in helping me transfer these funds into an accessible way to spend this money instead of holding it in a place I am unable to use it.
