Money taken from bank but not appearing on binance.

Hello , so just like title said my money was taken from bank but it didnt appear in binance. Soo i contacted live chat support and they said everything is gonna be fixed in couple days if not to fill a form. i've filled the form which was declined ( appearently the reason was it is fixed and i need to wait up to 7 days for money to come back in my bank account ) however its been two and a half weeks now and still nothing. Anyone experienced something similiar? How long it took for money to come back? Or im never seeing my money again?
