money transfer gone extremely wrong

hi,i've been a Binance user for about 8 momths now. ( EUROPE )

I'll go straight to the point: recently i have ordered my binance visa credit card and decided to clip it to my paypal account, after realising i had some money on my paypal account balance ( 200$ ) i decided to transfer the money from my paypal balance to my binance credit card balance.

I chose the 1-3 minutes transfer option, on paypal the transaction results as completed, it says that money have been transferred to my binance credit card successfully but has i go to my binance credit card i see that my money are not there, netiher i got a refund on my paypal. I have had this issue since yesterday so im really starting to worry about where did my money go....

If anyone is able to help me out or suggest me something i could do i would be forever grateful, i really worked hard to earn that money so.....
