Moons from Metamask to Kraken

Hi everyone,

Can somebody help me? I've managed to get my moons to show in metamask but I need to get them to my kraken account. I need eth in my metamask account to do this but I'm not sure how to do this. As far as I'm aware moons are on arbitrum nova so I can't just send some eth from kraken so I have to use a bridge, can someone help?

Also how much eth will I need?

I've had a search of this sub and all info seems to be removed or out of date
