More Evidence That Binance is Conspiring to Intentionally Misquote XMR Prices

The line in red is the percentage of Binance XMRUSD price, below Kraken's XMRUSD price. This uses 5 minute candles, and takes a moving average of the past 4 hours, to see whether or not there is clear bias over time.

You can very clearly see, that just before price starts its next leg down, Binance (in collusion with KuCoin in yellow), start regularly and systematically misquoting the XMR price to the downside.

And then as price reaches a new temporary floor, they reduce (but don't remove) their misquote. Keep in mind that this is an exchange which can barely meet customer withdraw demands for XMR, despite claiming to have an orderbook of 50k to 70k Monero.

The reason we compare against Kraken, is becuase they have never had any withdraw problems for Monero, and appear to be dedicated to actually having the coins for their customers that they say they do.

Binance is well aware of the fraud their committing against Monero. This is just one of dozens of ways we can demonstrate what they're doing.
