Most Crypto Newbie makes mistake when it comes to trading. It’s totally normal.

Hello guys/gals/non-binary people, I’m a 21 year old comp sci student and not long ago, I started my crypto journey, with the thought of making some money for my bachelors degree in 3 years(yes I was kinda lazy for 2 years in uni, but better late than never right?).

Not going to lie, my first investment was doge, the hype was at its best and my friend convinced me to buy some.

After about a month, I discovered safemoon(glad I got out for obvious reasons), at that time, it seemed like a project with huge potential and with an outstanding team. I got trapped by the hype I know and I invested some money before it’s ATH. Furthermore, instead of selling all of it in May, I sold only 30% of my investment and held the rest of it, with the thought of it making me much more profit long-term. Long story short, I sold at a loss.

After selling my safemoon, I bought 1 ethereum, some DigiByte and some Matic, just 5 days before the rise that came eventually. When eth reached 2400, I thought that the price would plummet again and after reading some comments here and there, I thought it would be a good idea to sell and buy later, at a lower price. Well, mistakes were made and I was mad at myself for making so many mistakes, in just 4 months. About a day ago, I found about Solana, read about it and thought that it’s a great project and put most of my money in it and in some XRP(not going to elaborate further my decision, because it will seem like I’m shilling).

In conclusion, mistakes were made and lesssons were taught. In my opinion, due to the fact that I’m in a tight financial situation and my country has gone the past years to a literal economy freefall( I live in Greece yes), I will not try again timing the market, but rather holding and accumulating in every dip, which seems to me more viable for every crypto beginner.
