I'm extremely ignorant about crypto. I'm in the U.S. So I'm unable to use the Crypto.com exchange. The fees and spread on crypto.com app seem to be high. So I want to move my $350 worth of Ethereum from the crypto.com app to Kraken Pro Exchange (or anywhere that would best to buy/sell/trade and avoid high spread for when I eventually cash out).
I tried withdrawing $30 worth of ETH from crypto.com to a different wallet the other day using the ERC20 network and there was a $15 fee. I want to transfer my ETH by bridging with an L2 network (polygon?) using MetaMask to Kraken this time. Does anyone know a good step-by-step guide or video tutorial of this process? I'm using MS copilot to help me, but it seems convoluted and I'm afraid of messing it up.
Or would this even reduce the fee?
