My Binance withdrawals keep getting rejected, I'm told to retry but they seem to be rejected regardless?

My withdrawals keep getting rejected with this message

"We have detected a risk and drew back the request. The assets have been refunded to your original account. Please re-issue the withdrawal again"

Ive tried three times to withdraw and I keep getting the same message. My verification is correct every time so I really don't understand the issue

The only thing I can think of is that I had a different IP Address earlier as I forgot about my VPN being on? But I didn't try withdrawing then I was just logging on to have a look at the crypto changes
