I tried to transfer some old BTC from Tradeogre to by Binance account and it never showed up. I copied the address correctly and have no idea where it went. I tried to contact support and they couldn't locate it with the transaction ID.
The customer service rep was asking me to send her a link to the blockchain network that I used to make the deposit but I wasn't sure what she was asking for. I asked if she meant the website that I was trading on, and she said "Nope. I'm looking for the blockchain network you used to deposit."
The customer service office was about to close so I told her I would do more research then reach out tomorrow with more information.
Does any one know what "blockchain network" she was referring to?
