My current portfolio/alt coin problem

Hey community,

Like many of you I have been rekt by the bear market. Even Though I should have known better, and use stop losses but here we are again.

My current problem is the state of my portfolio and the absolute trash that is in it. I have known this for a while now but I just came to the realization how truely fucked I am.

Currently I am looking at this :

Well my problem tokens/heavy hitters are currently :

-83.59% Apecoin average of $6.96

-73.17% Avalanche average of $34.61

-60.31% Sushi average of $1.47

-45.1% Shiba Inu average of $0.00001311

Some smaller but insane loss % are :

-87.96% Near average of $8.91

-86.1% GMT average of $1.04

-82.98% ALGO average of $0.528500

-74.76% UOS average of $0.528356

-70.38% SOL average of $60.60

-69.73% ZEC average of $82.68

Many of these are basically just now but the % gained needed to even break-even on some of these is insane.

So what to do now? It's very late to start switching up but some of these are complete dogshit and will most likely never see my average price or their ATH.

Do I switch some of these tokens up and if so what are some of the tokens/coins that could save me from this utter disaster I got myself into.

I know some will say BTC/ETH but those are not going to save me if I make the calculations

So is anyone in the same position or got some ideas how to make this less of a mess?

The only upside is that I still have the same amount of fiat available as I invested in my current portfolio

Other side not my overall portfolio is down : -32.32%
