My Dad (giant bitcoin hater) Bought ETF!

Every time I go home for the holidays to visit my parents, the atmosphere is one of tension.

If bitcoin comes up peripherally in any way, via YouTube, the foreign language news (being naturalized immigrants), or in any conversation among guests, my mom holds her elbows in anticipation of an argument breaking out.

Between me and my dad, there were shouting matches. His disapproval of my allocation size, and of course the usual fud he or any other normie would bring up.

Fights were so ugly, the last two years were one giant egg shell.

I had no avenue to explain how amazing bitcoin is bc he shuts it all down, shouts me down, tells me to sell, I’m ruining my life etc.

So today, something giant happened in my personal bitcoin journey.

The halving? Big whoop

The etf? Peanuts

70% of wallets not moving in 1 year and 80% in 6 months? Small fry.

The most bullish thing I could have heard these last 2 years? MY DAD ASKED ME WHICH BITCOIN ETF TO BUY!!!!!!

My dad who hated bitcoin more than Charlie munger ever could. He wants in!

He still dosn’t get bitcoin, but he understands the etf is a big deal. He understands the giant upside potential.

I never thought I’d see this day. Just wanted to share.
