My employer wants to pay me through crypto (USDT) on Binance. How do I set up a deposit???

I'm new to crypto currency, so I've been spending time trying to get myself familiar. Im not doing anything complex, I just want to receive my weekly salary from my employer who directed me to the app. I set myself up just a while ago, becoming verified and linking my bank info, but now I don't know what to do from here. I look into the Deposit tab and get confused with the networks listed (BEP2, TRC20, etc.) they say I need to "ensure the network matches the withdrawal network" but I don't know what that means. Please help clarify...
