My friend converted his entire portfolio to ICP (Internet Computer Protocol)

Hey guys, just thought I should share this here because I kind of want to know your thoughts about this. My friend recently converted his entire crypto portfolio in the coin called Internet Computer Protocol. He says thats if it makes an all time high that he will become rich and that it's inevitable in the next bull run. It reached an all time high of 428 dollars at launch but since then there has only been a downside.

Ofcourse I warned him about the possibility of it going to zero but he told me that its a risk hes willing to take. So I came here to ask what y'all thoughts are about this and if I should just let him do it or if I should try to stop him. i just think that he is blinded by the price when it reached an all time high and I dont think it will ever come close to reaching this again. I could be wrong here and it could go crazy next bullrun, and if so then he will be a very happy man but I doubt it.
