My funda are in hands of Binance, and won’t give it to me!

I deposited a somewhat large amount of money onto my Binance account through XRP, moments after I confirmed the withdrawal from my wallet, Binance suddenly took the XRP network down (a 5 minute notice could’ve helped)... 2 days after the network got reestablished I contacted support because my funds didn’t arrived, they told me that mine an other transactions were being investigated because it didn’t happened automatically, they told me to wait 3 days for a response, I waited and then told me the team couldn’t come up with something so they told me to try the “Deposit recovery application” and another team would check my case and make the re-deposit.

1 day later here I am contacting support because I don’t have an answer to my question can my funds be lost? The only thing they say to me is that the team is still checking the information and will have a response in 2 days, but they also tell me that the team can reject the re-deposit! I ask if my funds would be lost if they reject my application and don’t give a straight answer...

Because of the amount of money I was sending I of course triple checked everything, and in the TxID (hash) you can clearly see that the money arrived correctly. This is just Binance taking away my money with no real reason to not give it back!

Has anyone run into a similar problem with Binance? Did you got back your money? How long did it take?
