My mom's tranformation from doubter to bitcoin maxi

My mom 50 years old today, had always being skeptical since i started buying heavily on late 2020 with my very first paychecks, i did ride the ATH and the bear DCA every single paycheck and my mom constanly worring for my investments everytime she saw a price drop on the news, i always explained that the goal was longterm but she remained skeptical although she claimed she trusted my decisions. My mom is hella smart but she isnt college educated, she was studing psicology but dropped out of college cause she was pregnant and broke (oops sorry mom) and end that working minumun wage almost all her life to support me and then my brother. I gratuated from med school 3 years ago and my bro is currently on college, i pay his bills so my mom, for the first time in her life is able to save money.

At the start of the year i gift her a not so known book called 'The Bitcoin standard', You probably've never heard of it. She texted me a couple of weeks later asking me a ton of the questions and demostrating good economics knowledge, as to why Bitcoin is valuable, the importante of descentralization and security etc. I'm impressed and proud of my mom until that point.

Later saying if i could buy 1700 USD worth of Bitcoin for her and she sended me the money, and im like 'whaaaaat'.. for context she works in sales in a third world country, she earns a base salary of 250usd a month up to 500-700usd but almost always just 250usd a month, she is Home owner thankfully and she's got almost guaranted goverment pensión but our weak currency and poor inflation adjustments every year make that pensión useless longterm, so 1700 USD is huge for her, it was her life saving up until that point. She asked me to save it for her on my trezor until she learns how yo use it.

That was like 0.07btc at that time, 7 months or SO had pass (don't know exactly) and she had send me money multiple times to buy bitcoin and now i hold for her 0.1 bitcoin which i think is huge. We talk almost everyday briefly about Bitcoin and she has turned into a dimond hands, orange pilled bticoiner 100%, every dip she tries to buy more and i see her so sure about the future Even more than me. Casualy joked about selling the house yo Buy more BTC and live with me for a while. I know she won't do that know but what if? She is turning into a degenerate Bitcoin maxi. Honestly if she did i won't be mad.

I'm just writing this post cause i'm happy My mom has 0.1btc. i'm incredibly happy i orange pilled her and we belive 0.1btc will be huge in 10-15 years, the time horizont my mom has. Maybe even life changing for third world country expenses.
