My mom was just getting to know about the amzingness of Crypto...
Unforturnately, she also got exposed to scammers...
This scammer acted as a nice young man trying to help her to know about crypto by lying to her how much money he can help her make.
I spend many hours trying to warned her to stay away from this scammer; however, she was attempted by the fourtune he promised her...
Subsequently, just 15 min ago, while I was working I got an email saying x amount of ETH was about to transfer out of her account...(I use my secondary email to sign up for her Coinbase account just for these occations).
Luckily, she didn't set up her KYC, therefore, the transfer was delayed and just in time for me to cancel this transaction!
The moral of my story for y'all is... It's great that the elders in your family want to learn about crypto and make a quick buck through this industry.
! PLEASE be extra patient when explaining to the elders about the danger within this field!
! PLEASE watch over them like I did for my mom... When comes to crypto, they are like babies/children... Help them learn, understand and highten their alerts!!!
The wallet address of the scammer is: 0x08fBa65254Ab63572b86092759225823B2cce942
P.S. (IDK if this will help but keep your eyes open for this address)
P.S.2 I check the address on etherscan, this guy got HELLA transations, not sure if all those were the people he scamed or is regular transactions
