My nationality (passport-issuing country) is different from my country of residence. How can I get verified on Binance? I tried verifying on Coinbase and it just keeps saying no.

I don't want the same thing to happen to my bitcoin account, so I tested on Coinbase. I don't want to be stuck unverified for months while waiting for Binance to issue a ticket and then act on it, so I'm hoping to find out what the solution is before I start the process.
