My path to whole coinership...

Got to 1.2 BTC today. I wish I decided to go this hard in the paint earlier.

1. Screwed around too much with shitcoins and BTC since 2017. Typical regrets.
2. Sold everything for BTC in March and had about 0.31 BTC
3. Took a 9% interest loan from my 401k and paying back the minimum. Either going to leave my job and get access to everything left, paying the tax, and putting the rest in BTC or paying back and taking another loan.
   1. If you don't know, that 9% "interest" goes to my portfolio so I consider this a free loan.
4. Fully funded my first year of my high cash value (Infinite banking) life insurance policy last Nov. with the intent of buying a business or my first rental in 2-3 years. Took a 5% loan instead and will pay interest only until BTC hits $250k.
   1. I consider this pretty low interest and with no required repayment until my death benefit this is a no brainer. Next loan coming in Nov. Gave up real estate/business dreams for now.
   2. If you don't know, this style life insurance policy allows my balance to continue earning interest to grow the policy which offsets some of the 5% interest I owe on the loan.
5. Took out a HELOC at 13% and used 1/4 to wipe out the rest of my debt which just traded a higher interest and higher CC payment for a lower HELOC payment. 3/4 into BTC.
   1. This interest rate sucks but if historical performance continues its worth it. I'd like to be able to sell and pay this off next year if BTC hits $150k.
   2. I might just use my 5% simple interest life insurance loans to pay off big chunks of the HELOC instead of selling the BTC.

I'm obviously highly leveraged with no risk loans and then the HELOC is uncomfortable but makes sense. It lets me cut up my CC's earlier while the large majority goes into a liquid asset instead of upgrading my backyard.
