Name Correction Appeal - Approved

I have made correction appeal a few days ago because when I went to order the binance card I have noticed that my surname on the card is missing a diacritic (mark above the letter). So i made the appeal and today I got mail "Name Correction Appeal - Approved". Does this mean my name is changed now or that it has just now begun a process of name change? When I go to order the card, my name is still missing a diacritic. There is no other way to see whether my name is changed.
