Need help choosing a topic to wrote about

I'm a 1st year second semester computer science student and I have to choose a topic to write a technical report about for my class. Of course, being a bitcoiner, I want to choose to write about bitcoin :).

Unfortunately I can't write about the investment or philosophical side of bitcoin (which i can talk forever about lol). It has to be about the technical side of things related to computer science, basically i have to choose one thing (software or hardware) and write a recommendation for or against it.

Now I can make this easy and write about my laptop and why it is good for my program but I really want to enjoy the topic I will be presenting to my class.

Lol everything I know is philosophically and economically related.

So far ideas I have are :

I pick a miner and talk about it but that seems kind of boring.

I pick a hardware wallet and talk about it, also seems kind of boring.

Security related things but I would need to find a reason to be able to recommend it.

Energy usage, power consumption, carbon footprint etc..

Any ideas?

Feel free to elaborate on anything I have mentioned

Personally I want to educate the students in my class about bitcoin while getting into the technical details but I'm just not sure what to talk about.

Worst case scenario I will just pick something easier lol
