Need help in recovering my stolen funds in a cold wallet

Hey everyone! I really need your help right now. So, here's what's going on: I'm a young person who's been working hard to save up money for buying a new house. But guess what? A family-related friend of mine managed to access my bank account without permission and converted all my savings, which amounted to around 50 lacs, into cryptocurrency using some complicated blockchain stuff. To make things even worse, he claimed to have encrypted the data on the hard disk where he transferred the funds, calling it a "cold wallet" for extra security. Now, when I confronted him about returning my money, he says I need a license key for a bootstrap 20 Linux version to decrypt the data. But here's the problem: I've been searching everywhere for this license key, and I can't find any information about it or that specific version he mentioned. I'm starting to think he's playing games with me. To add to the confusion, when I asked him for the private key or recovery phrase to access the funds, he says he doesn't have them. Can you guys help me out here? Is he just tricking me? And does anyone know if this license key thing is even real or necessary to get my money back?
