New account if moving to another country?

Sister has a binance (Europe) account registered in an european union country and is about to move permanently to another country in the European Union. Told her to check at least if she needs to have something done (such as making a new account or update her data) but she won't listen as "I'm just going to another (european) country it's not like I'm going to the other part of the world" (10/10 trust me bro). I'm afraid she's going to get blocked or restricted. Does she need to make a new account or to update her info? Any first hand experiences? Thanks
