I never had a problem in the past buying via (PayPal/Venmo) I randomly was banned from PayPal and decided to use a real exchange.
I went to Kraken and verified my info and when I went to purchase some I got an email saying my account was permanently closed and they couldn't give any information why.
So out of curiosity I tried cash app and no luck either.
What could be the issue?
