Binance - USD SWIFT deposit is gone
Kraken - Signature Bank USD SWIFT deposit is gone. Now they use Bank Frick. I did a SWIFT transfer but it was rejected by one of the intermediary banks, Visa.
Coinbase Singapore - Seems to have stopped Bitcoin withdrawals? See:

Those are the three exchanges that I have tried. I once opened a FTX account, deposited 50 USD as a test, and closed the account when the money did not arrive after 1 day, felt that it was a red flag. Thank God. The money was then returned automatically.
I know Americans have ACH deposits to Kraken and Coinbase. But non-Americans don't have access to that. So what are the options?
