Not receiving confirmation code from Binance

I have tried many times whenever I sign up would not receive confirmation email on PC or phone. I asked my friend in other country to sign up if he gets verified but the result were not any different. This is happening like past couple of months.
Is anyone else having the same issue? Yes I checked spam folder and also created a new filter to avoid dumping it into the spam folder.
