Off-ramping via self-custody wallet?

Voyager, Celsius, Gemini, FTX yadda yadda yadda....

We all lost our money....

Sick of even considering using a CEX for anything anymore. Even for on/off ramps. And trading.

Makes you realize you know absolutely NOTHING going on behind the scenes in any of these monstrosity of exchanges.

Even using a "non-custodial" product owned by some behemoths like Coinbase is a no-no in my book as of now.

Trying to figure out the best way to off-ramp as non-custodially as possible.

Came across a few solid self-custody wallets that have this feature although they all require KYC at one point or another.

At this point, I care less about KYCing and more about ensuring I have control.

So if I can't take the meetup cash 4 cash route...

What are some of the best ways to sell your crypto for fiat while staying as much "in charge" of your funds as possible??

Is there even anything that exists right now to solve having my funds held in the hands of a corporate tyrant before delivering my funds?
